All orders are processed and shipped anywhere between 2-4 business days of your placing order, using the fastest available service depending on your location. Typical delivery frame is between 7 to 15 business days after the order is processed(this time also includes international orders). However, you may receive you items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it anytime. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays or holidays.

Please note that due do Covid-19 shipping time may vary. 
 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Angels Pet House products, we offer a full refund once you return the item with a corresponding track number. The return should be made in 3 days time frame after the product is received.
