We’re always happy to answer your questions. We seem to get a lot of the same questions, so we turned those into an FAQ to help as many of you as possible. Check to see if the answers you’ve been searching for are here. If not, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We’ve always got time to talk to pet owners who care!   • What Payment methods do you accept?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.
  • Where can I track my order?
    You can track your order at ´´Track Your Order`` section on the menu bar More>Track Your Order. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us angelspethouse@outlook.com.
  • What if I need to modify my order?
    If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    f you need your order canceled immediately or want to return an item please contact our support team angelspethouse@outlook.com. You have a 24 hours window do cancel after the order is placed. If you need to return a item please check our Shipment/ Return & Refund policy Page. Amendments and Cancellations If you need to change: your delivery details, such as, your name, email, phone number, you will need to contact us within 24 hours. We can not cancel or change your order once it has already been shipped.
  • I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
    We work with multiple global warehouses, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.
  • Customs Charges
    All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually, a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or available for collection until the custom charge has been paid. We are NOT able to refund any customs charges.
